These Terms govern your use of Meyi-SUP-Support, a subscription-based support service provided by Meyi Cloud Solutions Private Limited. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product Overview

Meyi-SUP-Support is a cloud-based support service. Access is provided post-payment on a subscription basis.

Subscription Terms

  • Offered as a monthly subscription with a mandatory 12-month commitment.
  • You will be billed every month for 12 consecutive months.
  • Early cancellation is not permitted during the commitment period.

Account and Usage

  • You agree to provide accurate registration and billing information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Abuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may not cancel your subscription before completing the 12-month minimum term.
  • No refunds for unused portions of your active subscription.
  • Refunds only for duplicate payments or technical faults caused by us.

Shipping and Delivery

No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted digitally upon successful payment.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages caused due to platform use or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Pondicherry, India.
